Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Guerrilla Mafia, including the website, personal contact app, public profiles, private tools, premium styles, purchases and subscriptions.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your password, and activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another member’s identity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

Core app and premium access

The core Guerrilla Mafia app may be used without a monthly subscription. Premium templates, backgrounds or other assets may be offered individually or through Unlimited access. Current pricing and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

Founding 50 offer

The first 50 qualifying member signups are eligible for Unlimited access free forever. Founding slots are assigned in signup order and are limited to 50 total permanent slots. After those slots are filled, new members may receive the then-current introductory trial, after which Unlimited is available at the posted monthly price.

Subscriptions and purchases

Unlimited is currently listed at $1.50 per month, subject to any clearly disclosed introductory offer or future pricing change for new purchases. Individual premium assets may also be sold separately. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellation and payment failures are handled through the payment flow presented at checkout. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. By posting or publishing content through Guerrilla Mafia, you grant the service the limited permission needed to host, process, display and deliver that content according to the privacy and visibility settings you select.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, scrape or attack accounts, send unlawful spam, exploit minors, or publish content you do not have the right to use.

Public profiles and sharing

You control what information you choose to make public through your contact app. Public links and QR codes can be shared with others, and public information may be accessible to anyone who receives or discovers the link.

Service changes

We may add, modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or secure the service. We will not intentionally revoke a valid Founding 50 lifetime Unlimited entitlement merely because normal subscription pricing changes.

Suspension or termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, repeated violations of these Terms, or conduct that materially harms the service or other users.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will always work on every device or third-party platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guerrilla Mafia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
