Private and public information

Your private phone contacts, Notes, To Do items, Reminders, Quick Links and other owner-only tools are intended to remain private to your account. Information you deliberately publish on your public contact app—such as selected contact buttons, profile content, public gallery items, music, store items or public calendar events—can be viewed by people who open your public app.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide app features, save your preferences, process eligible purchases or subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

When paid features are enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Guerrilla Mafia does not need to store your full payment-card number to provide access to purchased features. Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your private contact lists or private GM Tools content. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to host, secure, process payments for, or operate the service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The service may use cookies, browser storage, authentication sessions and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, operate installed-app features, and maintain security.

Data retention and account controls

Information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or service integrity. Public content can be changed from your dashboard. For privacy or account-data questions, registered users can contact the Guerrilla Mafia support contact that is automatically available inside the app.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you are responsible for protecting your password and device access.

Children

Guerrilla Mafia is not intended for children under 13, and users should not knowingly submit personal information for a child under 13 through the service.
